Never mind, as soon as I changed to the next map, the problem seemed to have corrected itself. This is the only issue I have in the game, everything else works perfectly fine. The map doesn't show, nor the explored part, nor the unexplored part. The arrows and their shadows appear, and some boundaries of the map (not all of them), but the white part that shows which part of the map was explored, doesn't appear. Now, I migrated to Windows 7 64 bit, and the game works perfectly, except that the minimap doesn't work.

The game worked perfectly in the 32 bit version of PPSSPP, back when I had Windows 7 32 bit. I have the exact version of the game posted in this thread.
